You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days)

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

REFUND & RETURN POLICY Return and Replacement Policy – Elite Evoke Replacement: For replacement, kindly return the product to the Elite Evoke warehouse and cover the delivery charges. Refunds are not applicable for items sent for replacement. If a replacement is already made, and the customer requests another size change, Elite Evoke reserves the right to reject the request if the desired size is unavailable. No refund will be issued in this case. If a replacement results in a lower-priced item, a coupon for the price difference will be issued for future purchases. No cash refund will be provided. Refund: For damaged products, the full amount, including delivery charges, will be refunded to the customer. If a customer decides to return a product due to a change of mind, a deduction of Rs200 for delivery and Rs400 for handling charges (packing cost, material cost, labor) will apply, and the remaining amount will be refunded. Refund requests must be submitted within 3 working days of delivery. Refunds will be processed after the product is received at the warehouse and inspected by the management. Please note that items on sale are not eligible for a refund at Elite Evoke.
