For replacement, kindly return the product to the Elite Evoke warehouse and cover the delivery charges.
Refunds are not applicable for items sent for replacement.
If a replacement is already made, and the customer requests another size change, Elite Evoke reserves the right to reject the request if the desired size is unavailable. No refund will be issued in this case.
If a replacement results in a lower-priced item, a coupon for the price difference will be issued for future purchases. No cash refund will be provided.
Refund:
For damaged products, the full amount, including delivery charges, will be refunded to the customer.
If a customer decides to return a product due to a change of mind, a deduction of Rs200 for delivery and Rs400 for handling charges (packing cost, material cost, labor) will apply, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
Refund requests must be submitted within 3 working days of delivery.
Refunds will be processed after the product is received at the warehouse and inspected by the management.
Please note that items on sale are not eligible for a refund at Elite Evoke.
